The Friendship Alliance announces the opening of a new section of their website, a non-partisan political forum open to all candidates in local races. Candidates will be able to post, discuss, and defend their positions on various topics, and all registered visitors will be able to provide comments and feedback on the candidate's posts.
All visitors will be able to read the discussion, and if they wish may register to comment. The registration process exists primarily to prevent spammers and abusive commentary.
Each post by a candidate will also be automatically sent to the Friendship Alliance email announcement list, to insure wide distribution. Comments on the original post will not be distributed to the list.
