Rob Baxter is President of Goldenwood POA. He presently works through his own company providing services as a lighting director, production manager and/or gaffer for clientele ranging from the New York City Ballet (16 years) and NBA Entertainment (14 years) to corporate clients from American Express to Xerox. He also owns a small company specializing in the sale of portable digital lighting control devices for the professional lighting market. Elsewhere locally, he is on the board of Envision Central Texas, the five county, central Texas regional visioning organization. His favorite position, though, is Asst. Scoutmaster of Troop 2001.
Brian Dudley

Brian is a civil engineer who has lived in the Austin area almost continuously since arriving at the University of Texas in 1979. Brian and his family have lived at Hays County's western edge of the Edwards Aquifer for 11 years now and draw water directly up from the aquifer to flow out of the household faucets. Brian has served on the County's Blue Ribbon Transportation Committee, the Dripping Springs Independent School District Schoolbus Advisory Committee and the Architectural Committee of his property owners association.

Andrew Backus has been with the FA since its inception and served for a number of years on the Goldenwood POA Board and APC. He also serves on the Board of Directors as President of the Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District. He has a B.S. and M.S. in geology.

Neil's background (BS, MS, Ph.D.) involves more than twenty-five years of work in the environmental agency regulatory field and working as an environmental advocate (Sierra Club since 1992); his background involves a range of activities including conducting pollution sampling & analysis primarily around industrial plants & large plant complexes, environmental field testing observations, evaluating and reviewing environmental field testing procedures, compliance field investigations at large & small industry sites, administrative & civil enforcement cases, expert testimony in permit hearings & state district courts, reviewing & commenting on proposed federal & state regulations, serving on federal & state advisory panels, serving as a technical adviser to citizens & industry on source reduction projects to cut toxic emissions, working with dozens of communities impacted by environmental pollution across the US/Canada/Europe/Australia/Africa, performing technical reviews of permit general & special conditions, speaking at public hearings on pending regulatory changes & draft permits, and providing information to the media & persons seeking technical support.

Jim George is retired from the semiconductor industry and Motorola where he served as Corporate Vice President for the final fifteen years of his career. His responsibilities during that time included several worldwide product divisions, as well as strategy for the Wireless and Broadband Systems business. He grew up in West Virginia, and has a BSEE (Virginia Tech) and MSEE (Arizona State). Jim is married, and he and his wife Diana have three grown children and four grandchildren. He serves on the Leadership Council for KUT FM as well as working with the City of Dripping Springs on rewriting their Subdivision Ordinances. Additional interests include amateur radio, hiking, and writing.
